Over the past 15 years, Tariq Kassam has been a leading figure in Canada’s real estate industry, launching and contributing to hundreds of rental housing projects nationwide. He excels in identifying and optimizing properties across the country through strategic renovation, furnishing, and marketing to maximize each unit’s potential.

Beyond traditional rental properties, Tariq specializes in staging homes and providing turnkey medium and long-term accommodation solutions for the film, technology, retail, and insurance industries. He also develops multifamily rental projects, focusing on centrally located properties near downtown cores, medical centers, and university campuses.

Outside of real estate, Tariq is an angel investor in several early-stage technology companies. He is a devoted father of two and enjoys soccer, skiing, and filmmaking.
